Karla Axtell began piano lessons at age eight, thanks to her mother, and has never stopped playing. She received her BFA in piano at Utah State University in 2008. She has taught piano for many years, accompanied the Cache Children’s Choir of which her daughters were a part of, performs often with the Cache Symphony Orchestra and the Nutcracker Ballet, was an accompanist with the American Festival Chorus, and studies organ with Ken Udy in Salt Lake City.

She loves performing on the Logan Tabernacle organ and the gorgeous new Steinway Concert Grand Piano!

 Karla is married to Bruce Axtell with eight children and 24–going on 26- grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
